XL Statistics
Here, we present general statistics that may be useful to guide chemical-crosslinking
experiments and structural modeling. The data present consists on the evaluation of the
possible crosslinks of the proteins of the CATH non-homologous protein
database, evaluated with TopoLink.
The following data can be explored, as a function of protein type (all/alpha/beta), sequence length,
and linker type:
Given a linker and sequence length, how many cross-links should I expect for each pair or residues?
